An alarm system has been installed (connected to the security panel) and a video security system with video recording for the remaining 10 days. Interroom doors from the "WestWood" frame - the "hand-assembled" type. All plumbing is from Hansgrohe. A five-stage water filtration system is installed in the kitchen. An additional “emergency” tap water tank allows uninterrupted water supply up to 2 times when the central water supply is turned on. Hydrophore will ensure an even supply of water in all sanitary facilities. Every room in the house is equipped with high-pressure air conditioners. A heated floor heating system is installed in the rooms of the living room, and radiators are installed in the bedrooms (subject to sanitary standards). The furniture is manufactured from a renowned furniture manufacturer. A backup power supply system with AVR has been installed (up to 15 years without refueling the generator) - automatic switching on and off during central power outages. The double-circuit boiler of the exhaust generator provides the home with heat and hot water supply. The boiler room was moved near the house - an order was called for.

At the site, there are additionally 3 rooms, which are also insulated behind the “Marmorok” system, which can be used as guest rooms, or to save equipment.

There is a large barbecue area of the Wikonan type "winter-summer" - with great outdoor doors and made of high-quality materials. The foundation has been laid with the possibility of building 2 more floors.

The work of the autonomous swimming pool has already been completed - it is no longer possible to install a pump to feed the water supply system.
