BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Prepayment – 50%

If your plans change, the prepayment for booking the house is not refundable, because we book the date for you and do not offer the house to anyone but you. In case of your refusal, we will be left without clients, so if you make a prepayment, we will not return it if your plans change under any conditions.
• Deposit – 10,000 UAH (additional payment on the day of rental, deposit for the safety of the property)
