House description:

– On the first floor — a folding sofa

On the second floor — two double beds
On request: inflatable double bed (+1000 UAH)
Bed linen and towels provided
Amenities:

Unlimited access to the pool and barbecue
A hot tub for comfortable relaxation
Private well
In the event of a power outage, water may be turned off
A generator can be rented (provides light, water and air conditioning)
Generators do not work from 22:00 to 08:00 (according to the legislation of Ukraine)
BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Price: up to 6 guests (each subsequent guest is paid separately)
Prepayment (reservation): 3,000 UAH (included in the rental price)
Payment: possible by card (including commission) or in cash upon personal review
Deposit: 1,000 UAH (additional payment on the day of rental, deposit for the safety of the property and guarantor of the completion of the house under the agreed conditions, returned upon departure if there is no damage).
Generator: for an additional fee (possible with your own gasoline)
Check-in time: from 14:00
Check-out time: until 12:00
Payment: full payment by card on the day of check-in. After payment, the code from the safe with keys is sent, the alarm is turned off.
