We invite you to a cozy house on the banks of the Dnieper.
Just 45 km from Kyiv, you will find a real fairy tale with picturesque views and a comfortable house. Here you can enjoy home-cooked food, warm up in a bathhouse and relax by the fireplace.

The house is located on the Dnieper River cliffs, among fir trees and birches.
The first floor offers a view of the forest, and the second floor offers a panorama of the Dnieper River.
At your service is a house with an area of 90 m² with 4 sleeping places (a double bed on the second floor and a pull-out sofa on the first).

There is also an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool (11 m), a barbecue area, a trampoline for children, fishing, walks in the protected area, personal access to the trail to the observation deck above the Dnieper cliffs and parking.
The following are prohibited on the territory:
– Staying with pets
– Leaving a bonfire unattended
– Listening to music loudly on the terrace.
Check-in from 14:00 (early check-in possible), check-out the next day by 12:00.
